Community Access

What is community access in NDIS?

Community Access Support provides access for a person with a disability to recreation tasks, social opportunities and enables an individual to develop skills and competencies. Our support worker NDIS will accompany you to activities, whether it’s shopping, playing sport, or spending time in a café.

Community Access

What we do

Individuals requiring disability support services may find it difficult getting out and about and experience significant challenges. Community support is support that delivers physical access to environments external to the home and encompasses travel to and from, along with the task performed in the community. Some examples of community access include:
• Access to vocation and employment
• Support to access social, sporting and recreational activities
• Medical appointments, shopping and errands

By choosing Oscar Care Services, you can be confident that you are receiving exceptional support.
